What is Org chart (organisational chart)?
An organisational chart (org chart) is a visual map of who reports to whom in a company, showing managers, teams, and reporting lines.
An org chart answers a question that comes up constantly in a growing team: who is this person's manager, and who approves their requests. When it lives in the HR system rather than a slide, it stays current as people join, move, or leave.
HREvio stores each employee's manager on their record, so the reporting line is part of the data and leave requests go through an approval step. A dedicated visual chart-builder is a separate kind of tool.
