What happens after the 30 days?
When your trial ends, your account enters read-only mode for 30 days, then is archived (full lock, no login) for another 30 days. If you don't subscribe in that window, we permanently delete your data. We email reminders before each step so nothing happens by surprise.
How does billing work?
The trial is free with no credit card, so we have no way to auto-charge you. If you subscribe later, your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel or switch plans in one click from your admin panel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time, in one click from your admin panel. Upgrading is instant; downgrading applies at the next billing cycle.
Is my data really in Europe?
Yes. Primary database, backups, and application servers are all hosted in EU data centers. The only US-based third party we use is Google reCAPTCHA for signup spam protection, disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
