About HREvio

HREvio is HR software for SMBs worldwide. It keeps employee records, time off and compensation history in one system, on a flat monthly price instead of per-seat billing, and it runs entirely on EU infrastructure.

Why HREvio exists

Most HR systems are priced for enterprises and sold through a sales call. For a company of five, or twenty-five, that means paying enterprise money to solve SMB-sized problems - and paying more every time someone is hired. HREvio charges one flat price per month, regardless of headcount, and you can sign up without talking to anyone.

HREvio started because every HRIS I tried was charging enterprise money for SMB-sized problems. One developer, one plan, one price. Every feature ships because a real customer asked for it.

HREvio is built and operated by one developer. There is no sales team to get past and no account manager between you and the person who writes the code - support requests reach the same person who ships the fix.

Being a one-person product raises the bar on engineering discipline rather than lowering it. Over 90% of the codebase is covered by automated tests, and every commit runs the full suite in CI before it can reach production.

Where your data lives

Databases, backups and application servers are all hosted in EU data centers. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, every record carries an audit log, and a right-to-be-forgotten request is a single admin action. A GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement is part of every sign-up, accepted with the Terms checkbox rather than negotiated separately.

Who uses HREvio

Companies from a five-person shop to a couple of hundred employees, across software, e-commerce, services and studios. What they have in common is not an industry but a shape: too big for a spreadsheet, too small to be worth an enterprise HRIS contract. The app speaks English, German, Polish and Ukrainian, and records salaries in any ISO currency with no country restrictions.
