HREvio vs Sloneek: an honest 2026 comparison for SMBs

We build HREvio, so read this knowing who wrote it. Sloneek is a capable CEE HR suite - we'll be clear about where its breadth is worth the per-user price and where a flat price wins.

The short version: Sloneek is a full employee-lifecycle suite (hiring, onboarding, performance, AI) priced per user. HREvio is flat-rate core HR. The choice is breadth-per-user versus simple-and-flat.

The pricing difference

Sloneek prices per active user - you pay for users who can log in, not total headcount. Its official pricing page is a calculator that asks for your user count rather than listing a fixed price, but aggregators consistently report the Essential plan around $6.50/user/month and Professional around $8.70/user/month, with a 14-day free trial and no card. Per-user means the bill grows as you hire.

HREvio is flat. EUR 29/month up to 25 employees, EUR 49 up to 100, EUR 99 up to 250, with no per-user component.

At 50 users that's roughly $325 for Sloneek Essential versus EUR 49 flat for HREvio. The gap buys Sloneek's suite breadth - hiring, performance, AI. Whether that's worth it depends on whether you'll use those modules or just need core HR.

If you want the whole employee lifecycle - hiring through performance - in one tool with AI built in, and per-user pricing is fine, Sloneek is a strong CEE option. This page will still be here if you mostly need core HR at a flat price.

What HREvio does, and does well

• Roles and permissions (25 granular permissions), audit trail across the system
• Self-serve billing by card, upgrade or cancel in-app, no sales call at any point
• Interface in English, Ukrainian, Polish, and German

GDPR isn't a checkbox here. Hosting is on Hetzner in the EU, the data processing agreement is part of signup rather than a separate sales artifact, salary data is encrypted at rest, and the audit log masks encrypted fields automatically. We process EU employee data, so we built the product the way we'd want our own data handled.

Who should pick which

Pick Sloneek if you want a full suite (hiring, onboarding, performance, AI) and per-user pricing scales acceptably for your headcount.

Pick HREvio if you need core HR done well at one flat price with no per-user component, and you don't need the full employee-lifecycle suite yet.
