What is Flat-rate HR pricing?

Flat-rate HR pricing charges one price per company, usually by plan or size band, so hiring inside the plan does not change the bill.

Flat pricing decouples HR cost from headcount: you pick a plan, and growing the team inside its limit is free. It tends to favour small and growing companies and makes budgeting a single line item.

It is less common than per-employee pricing, partly because incumbents with large per-seat revenue have little reason to switch to it.
